Hungry Hearts is a family owned and operated business that opened in December 2007. Our aim was to bring to Palmerston a fresh approach to café food where everything that was served at Hungry Hearts was made at Hungry Hearts.

We wanted friendly staff that would be happy to look out for all your needs, whether you are gluten intolerant, required specialty catering or maybe just needed a hand to get the kids organised while you thought about your cake order.

Our qualified chefs are continually changing the specials board so that there are always some gastronomic delights for you to chose from as well as our extensive a’la carte menu including our all day breakfast, fresh sandwiches and foccacias all made with our own homemade bread and mouth watering salads.

For those who want something sweet our cake cabinet is full of delicious cakes, slices, muffins, scones, biscuits and plenty more.

We take great pride in being able to provide gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian foods whether it is sweet or savoury for those with intolerances.
